Shipping

Orders will be packed and shipped from Indianapolis Indiana within 1-2 business days from date of purchase. We currently only ship to U.S. customers in the 48 continental states via FedEx Ground or USPS Priority Mail. Orders under $75 ship for $5.50 and orders $75 or more (AFTER DISCOUNT IF APPLICABLE) receive FREE SHIPPING.

Indiana customers must pay 7% Sales Tax. Carrier delivery times vary. Ship times average 2-5 days but may take up to 10 days during holidays and other busy times. PLEASE NOTE: J.Tyler's is not responsible for transit times.

Order Cancellations 

J.Tyler's reserves the right to cancel orders at any time.  If an order gets cancelled you will be notified of the reason why. Reasons why orders may be cancelled include but are not limited to; credit card fraud; typographical errors; abuse of discount coupons. 

Returns/Refunds

If there is ever a problem with your purchase or if there is breakage DO NOT discard the items as we will need to inspect them to file a claim with the carrier. We require a digital photograph of the damaged product in the original packaging. If you experience breakage with your order we will issue a coupon code for the amount of the broken products good towards any future purchases. We will not credit shipping costs. We pack very well and breakage is rare. If you discard the items before they have a chance to be inspected and/or photographed we will be unable to resolve your issue. All claims must be made within 3 days of receipt of goods. Because orders are packed and shipped quickly, cancellations are not possible. No other returns will be accepted. Fragrance preferences vary from person to person, so what one customer may like, another may not. If you are unsure about a fragrance please order in small quantities first. Our SoyLuscious® sample jar Soy Candles and Soy Tarts are a great option.

SoyLuscious® Soy Candles Product Information

It is natural for all natural soy candles to have a white frosting effect (normally just on top of the candle). What this means is that the soy wax can change from its intended color to white. If frostng does occur please don't be alarmed as it does not affect the burn quality or the scent throw.

Since all SoyLuscious® soy candles are hand poured, the pictures of the merchandise are representative of the general color of the product.  Shades of the actual soy candle product may vary from the picture and from one order to the next.
