As we move into the warm summer months, we find the cost of soy wax once again on the rise. In fact, since 2007 the cost of soy has more than doubled. This is due to the fact of the basic rules of economics for supply and demand. Soybeans are being incorporated into more and more daily products, such as the soy wax Candles of Eden uses in their SoyLuscious® all natural soy candles.

Once again, within the past month, the manufacturer of the elite soy candles that J.Tyler’s carries, Candles of Eden, have raised their prices due to the higher cost of 100% soy wax. After reviewing many candle companies prices, J.Tyler’s is confident that we are still bringing you the best scented and unscented natural soy candles on the market today at competitive pricing.

At this time, J.Tyler’s Candle Shop is going to absorb the additional price increase and maintain our already low prices. Since we have decided not to increase our everyday prices at this time, our monthly specials and newsletter discounts will be for less than many of our customers are accustomed to receiving.
